Above my work experience in designing, I enjoy adventure activities such as camping, hiking, caving, skiing, and spending time in nature. I discovered caving as a new hobby in 2023 when I joined Association Libanaise d’Etudes Spéléologiques. Through the club, we work on discovering and documenting caves and conducting studies on them. This experience has allowed me to connect with individuals from diverse fields, gaining insights from their expertise and exchanging knowledge, which has been instrumental in my personal growth.
We also organize guided cave visits to highlight the natural beauty of Lebanon, home to over 600 documented caves with countless others yet to be explored. One of the aspects I enjoy most about caving is the challenge and adrenaline rush, as we often push our physical and mental limits.
Moreover, facilitating cave tours requires teamwork, and as members, we collaborate closely to ensure the safety of our group and visitors. This responsibility has greatly enhanced my teamwork and communication skills.
